# UX sweep

Run a sweep when nits keep arriving one at a time. One agent sweeps the whole
app and fixes what it can. It leaves a document the owner can answer by number.
Snowbound's sweep shipped 14 small fixes, each with a commit, and left four
questions that Clover answered in one message.

## Setup

- Build from a named commit. Run on disposable copies of real data, never on
originals.
- Cover light and dark, at the default window size and a narrow one (Snowbound
used 1180×760 and 640–760 wide).
- Capture the reference app beside yours for every behaviour in question (a
fresh VM clone, deleted afterwards).
- Screenshot folders:
- `before/` (main)
- `after/` (the fixes)
- `compare/` (before beside after; for icons, add light-highlight and
dark-highlight columns)
- `reference/` (the reference app)
- `narrow/`
- `keys/` (keyboard and focus traces)
- `a11y/` (accessibility tree dumps)

<One paragraph: build and commit, appearances, window sizes, data used,
reference lab, screenshot folders.>

## Changes
 Change | Commit |
 <id> | fix: <what now behaves how, as one sentence> |

## <Owner>'s batch
 # | Finding | Screenshot | Outcome |
 1 | <their words, short> | compare/<file>.png | <fixed in <id> / already right on main because … / left: <why>> |

## Sweep findings
 Finding | Screenshot | Outcome |
 <what you found> | <file> | <fixed (<id>) / No change needed / Left: <a feature, not a fix> / Left for <owner>> |

## <Owner>'s answers (<date>)
471. <their decision, recorded as they said it>

## Overlaps with other batches
- <batch>: <shared hunks or files, and who owns them>
```
## Rules
- The owner's items come first, numbered, and each gets an outcome, even
"already right on main; the real cause is X, owned by Y".
- Record "No change needed" rows. They prove a check happened (keyboard order,
narrow widths).
- Every "Left" says why. Taste calls say "Left for <owner>" with the options.
- When you follow the owner's word over the reference app, say so: "OneNote
2010 does list New Notebook there; removed on Clover's word."
- Each fix is its own small commit, titled as a sentence about the new
behaviour.
